CB999 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and CB999 ("the Platform", "we", "us") in respect of your use of the CB999 website at cb999.world and all associated services, games, and features. By registering an account with CB999, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet, game stake, or tournament entry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the CB999 platform. CB999 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at cb999.world/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

CB999 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving Pakistani players. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform is designed for entertainment purposes for eligible adult players.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a CB999 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account is active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. CB999 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be required at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of another person, corporation, or third party are not permitted.

3. Account Registration & Management

Each player may hold only one active account with CB999. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, National Identity Card (NIC) number, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — are not permitted. Where duplicate accounts are identified, CB999 reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any bonuses received, and withhold winnings generated through prohibited duplicate accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CB999 login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is your responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your CB999 account. CB999 may request verification documents — including a copy of your CNIC or passport and proof of payment method — at any time. Failure to provide these documents within a reasonable period may result in temporary suspension or closure of your account.

CB999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or risk management decisions. Where an account is closed by CB999 for reasons other than a breach of Terms, any genuine balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player.

4. Deposits

CB999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits vary by method and are displayed at the deposit screen.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from a third-party account — whether a family member's wallet, a shared bank account not in your name, or any other source not in your name — may be returned and your CB999 account may be suspended pending investigation.

CB999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with your bank or mobile wallet provider regarding any fees they apply.

Deposits are credited to your CB999 wallet in real time for mobile wallet methods in most cases. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect depending on the sending bank's processing times. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact CB999 support with your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from CB999 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests submitted to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank IBFT transfers are processed within 24 hours on business days.

Before your first withdrawal, CB999 may require identity verification. You will be asked to provide a clear copy of your CNIC and a selfie. This is a one-time requirement for most players and is completed within a few hours of submission during normal operating hours.

Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Only balances derived from completed wagering requirements and genuine deposits are eligible for withdrawal. CB999's withdrawal processing system automatically calculates the withdrawable portion of your balance and displays it clearly in your account dashboard.

CB999 reserves the right to delay processing of a withdrawal if additional verification is required, if the account is under investigation, or if the withdrawal request appears inconsistent with normal account usage patterns. Players will be notified of any delay and the reason for it within 24 hours.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

CB999 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at CB999, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all CB999 promotions:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 20×–35× the bonus amount) before any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable.
• Validity period: All bonuses must be claimed and used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unclaimed or unused bonuses after the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active in your CB999 account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

7. Sports Betting Rules

CB999 offers sports betting across cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the CB999 platform.

Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during technical errors, system outages, or during periods when CB999 markets were incorrectly displayed are void and will be refunded.

Odds: CB999 reserves the right to change odds up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time you click "Place Bet" are locked at that point. Post-match or post-event adjustments to settled bets will only be made where a clear and verifiable error occurred at the time of placement.

In-play betting: In-play (live) bets on CB999 are accepted subject to a brief delay for integrity purposes. CB999 may suspend in-play markets at any time based on match incidents, data feed issues, or integrity concerns. In-play bets suspended before confirmation will be returned to your wallet.

Event cancellations: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the completion threshold specified in CB999's sport-specific rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes refunded. PSL matches, for example, are voided if fewer than 5 overs are bowled in a rain-affected match.

Maximum winnings: CB999 applies maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits. These limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. Bets that exceed the maximum payout threshold will be adjusted to the maximum limit at settlement.

8. Casino, Slots & Live Games

All casino games, slot games, Andar Bahar, and Ludo game modes offered through CB999 operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG ensures that every spin, card deal, and dice roll produces a result that is completely independent of all previous results and cannot be predicted or influenced by the player, CB999, or any third party.

Game outcomes are final once a round has been completed. CB999 does not reverse completed game results except where a verifiable technical malfunction is identified. In cases of genuine malfunction, the affected round will be voided and the stake refunded.

Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the specific game being played, which are displayed in the game interface. CB999 is not responsible for errors made by the live dealer; however, where such errors result in an incorrect outcome, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned at CB999's discretion.

Ludo rooms and tournaments are governed by the specific rules displayed at room entry, which include the prize pool structure, platform fee, entry requirements, and reconnection policy. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms by reference.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the CB999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and identity theft: Using false identity information, stolen payment details, or impersonating another person.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one CB999 account per person for any reason, including to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting CB999's promotional offers through arbitrage, opposing bets, or any strategy designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine risk.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, or any software that automates gameplay or betting without genuine human decision-making.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of live games, poker-style games, or Ludo rooms, including chip dumping or deliberate throw strategies.
• Money laundering: Using CB999 to deposit funds from illegal sources or to structure transactions to conceal the origin of funds.
• Hacking or platform interference: Attempting to access CB999 systems, databases, or other players' accounts through any unauthorised means.
• Chargeback abuse: Filing a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or wallet provider after a genuine and acknowledged transaction has been completed at CB999.

11. Responsible Gaming

CB999's total liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits CB999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

CB999 reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, CB999 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect, except where a change is required immediately for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. By continuing to use CB999 after the effective date of any revision, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure via support before the effective date.
